Rahma Care is a social care agency built around one simple belief: that great care begins with the heart. We provide home care for people with a range of needs, helping people stay safe, independent and comfortable in the place they know best. We also engage in a lot of community work.
Every person we support receives a tailored care plan and a carer thoughtfully matched to them — their personality, their culture, and the things that matter most in their day. This is person-centred care, delivered with warmth, dignity and respect.
